This page is for residents of Washington and Nevada, whose laws ask us to describe our handling of consumer health data separately. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and does not replace it.
What we collect
Health information you choose to give us: what you tell us about your health, symptoms, conditions, medications, care you are seeking or have received, and documents you send us such as test results, bills and visit summaries. Information about health-related purchases you make through a member offer, limited to the fact that the offer was used. We do not derive or infer health information about you from your browsing, your location, or anywhere else.
Where it comes from
You. Everything above comes from you directly, in a message to us, in an upload link we gave you, or in something you posted in a group you joined.
Why we collect it and how we use it
To answer you, and to help you understand, find, price and arrange care. Nothing else. We do not use it for advertising and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers that store data, deliver messages, and run the AI models that help draft replies, each under contract, only to run the Services, and only on our instructions. A partner or a clinician, only when you ask us to pass something along on your behalf. Anyone the law requires, or where sharing is needed to protect someone's safety.
We do not share it with the hosts of communities you belong to. We do not share it for advertising. We do not sell it, to anyone, ever, and we will not ask you to authorize a sale.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold, get a copy of it, get a list of every third party we have shared it with, delete it, and withdraw consent for us to collect or share it. Email privacy@pluscare.so. We answer within 45 days and may extend once by 45 days if the request is complex, in which case we will tell you why. Deletion reaches our live systems and our backups. If we turn a request down you can appeal by replying to us, and if we turn the appeal down you can contact the Washington or Nevada Attorney General.
