Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using +Care ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
+Care is a community membership platform that provides access to creator-led health circles and facilitates enrollment in CrowdHealth, a health sharing community. +Care is not an insurance company and does not provide insurance products.
Important: +Care membership ($20/month) provides access to community features only. Health sharing coverage is provided separately through CrowdHealth and is subject to their own terms and guidelines.
Membership
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Account Registration
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Membership Fees
- +Care membership is $20 per month, billed monthly
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Canceling +Care does not automatically cancel your CrowdHealth membership.
Community Guidelines
As a member of +Care, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect and kindness
- Not share false or misleading information
- Not use the community for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Respect the privacy of other members
- Not share content that violates others' intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these guidelines.
Health Sharing Disclaimer
+Care is not insurance. Health sharing through CrowdHealth is not insurance and is not subject to insurance regulations. There is no guarantee that your medical expenses will be shared by the community. CrowdHealth membership is governed by CrowdHealth's own terms and guidelines.
+Care does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by +Care and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, +Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
- Medical expenses not shared through CrowdHealth
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless +Care and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
