Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and PlusCare Health Inc., doing business as +Care ("+Care", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation based in Connecticut. They apply when you use pluscare.so and its subdomains, join the waitlist, become a member, take part in a +Care community, or message us, including on WhatsApp (together, the "Services"). Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. You must be at least 18 to use the Services.
What +Care is, and is not
+Care is a health membership: community, coverage options and member offers, curated with the people you already trust.
We are not a healthcare provider, not insurance, not a health plan, and not an insurance broker. Coverage and products offered by partners are theirs, under their own terms, and we are not a party to them.
Nothing on the Services or in a message from us is medical advice, a diagnosis, or treatment, and nobody at +Care is your doctor. If something you send us looks like it needs attention, we will say so, but please do not rely on us to catch it. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Membership and payment
- Membership costs the price shown at checkout, billed monthly through a third-party payment processor. Some early memberships are free or discounted.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees are not refunded except where the law requires it.
- We may change the price with 30 days' notice.
- When a membership ends, we remove you from member groups. You are welcome back at any time.
Communities
Parts of the Services run in groups on WhatsApp, so WhatsApp's terms apply alongside these. Some groups are hosted by independent hosts who are not our employees and do not give advice on our behalf.
The rules in every +Care group:
- Share what you did, not what someone else should do. Nobody in a group is anyone's doctor.
- Be decent. No harassment, hate, or spam. No selling.
- What someone shares in a group stays there. Do not screenshot or repost other members.
- Member offers are yours alone. Posting one in a group is a breach of these Terms.
Your WhatsApp profile name and phone number are visible to other members of any group you join. We may remove anyone who breaks the rules or whose membership has ended, without notice.
Messaging us
When you message us, our team may answer with help from AI tools that draft replies for a person to review. We answer with information, references and options, not advice. Replies can take time and we may decline to answer. Anything you tell us privately stays private; we never post it into a group.
Member offers
- Offers are for members, are single-use where stated, and are tied to you. Do not share them.
- Partners sell their own products and services under their own terms. We are not a party to your purchase, and any dispute about a product is between you and the partner.
- We may earn a fee from some partners when members use an offer. We say so when we recommend one.
- Offers can change or end at any time.
Waitlist and messages from us
If you join the waitlist or become a member, we may contact you about +Care by email and on WhatsApp. By giving us your phone number you agree to receive service messages there. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing email with the link in any message and of WhatsApp messages by replying and asking us to stop.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us a limited license to host, store and display it within the Services so that the Services work. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not allow our providers to. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to collect other members' information, to interfere with the Services, or to build a competing product from them.
Our property
The +Care name, marks, website and materials belong to us. You may not use them without our written permission.
Early days
+Care is new. Features change, and some pages on the site describe ideas that are not part of the Services and are marked as such. We may change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Disclaimers and limits
The Services are provided as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, +Care is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information from the Services, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold +Care harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
